The global virtual artist ‘Unnämed’ is gaining attention for leaving a direct comment on the ‘ILLUSTAR FES’ to express gratitude to Korean fans.
On March 10, 2024, around 7:00 PM Korean time, the virtual singer ‘Unnämed’ left a comment on the post announcing the ‘ILLUSTAR FES’, saying, “Hello! I'm looking for a Korean convention organizer who allows me to sing or perform in Korea because I really want to find a way to reach out to my Korean fans and appreciate them directly…! I hope you’ll give me a chance and opportunity for this.” The comment also included the phrase “잘 부탁드립니다”, which translates to “Please take care of” in Korean.

This comment was seen by 72,000 people, received approximately 783 reports, and garnered such intense interest that around 2,600 people liked it. In response, on the same day around 8:00 PM, ILLUSTAR FES left a comment expressing gratitude for the inquiry, stating, “Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. One of our event organizers will be in touch.😉” Unnämed responded to this comment with deep appreciation.

Unnämed has been active as a YouTube singer since February 2023, and in May, they unveiled a virtual model, officially transitioning into virtual singing. They has released a total of four original songs and, more recently, has been collaborating with ‘shxtou’, a VTuber with 1.49 million subscribers in the United States. Together, they even organized a 3D concert in Thailand. Despite gaining global popularity, Unnämed has not yet performed on a stage in Korea. If they participates in ILLUSTAR FES, it will mark they first event appearance in Korea.
The 4th ILLUSTAR FES is scheduled for May 4th and 5th. In order to accommodate approximately 1600 booths, the event has been confirmed to expand from the initial setup of Hall 5, with an additional Hall 4 added, expanding the total to two halls.
