After the collaboration between the 4th gen. member from Japanese female virtual YouTuber group "hololive" and Korean famous animation channel "ANIPLUS", "ANIPLUS × hololive 4th gen. Collaboration Cafe" was held on August 10th last month, the end date of October 8th is just around the corner.

Thus, VROZ, VTuber-specialized news company, conducted written interviews with hololive 4th gen. Amane Kanata, Tsunomaki Watame, Tokoyami Towa, and Himemori Luna, listening to their thoughts on the Hololive 4th gen. collaboration cafe and messages about Korean fans. 

This interview includes common and individual questions for each member, and it will be released in the order of Amane Kanata on September 25th, Tsunomaki Watame on September 26th, Tokoyami Towa on September 27th, and Himemori Luna on September 28th. In that first order, we release Amane Kanata's interview.

VROZ : For the first time in Korea, hololive 4th gen. Collaboration Cafe was held. Please tell us how you feel about this collaboration cafe.

Amane Kanata : When I first heard the word, I jumped out of my skin! Really, cause I'm so happy! I thought it would be difficult for Korean listeners to participate in the event in Japan, so I thought they would be happy, and I was touched that the hololive is getting bigger enough to have collaboration cafes outside of Japan!

VROZ : The outfit for this collaboration illustration was Hanbok (Korean traditional clothing), and it has been favorably received for each characteristic was well incorporated, but how do you feel about the first time you've tried it on or the traditional Korean elements?

Amane Kanata : Super cute!! When I tried it on for the first time, I'm getting more excited! I arranged it so that my legs could be seen, the overall loose shape and detailed decoration are so cute and elegant and sophisticated.

VROZ : Recently, Amane Kanata has been off the streaming for a long time due to health problems, but we hope you to see our fans again in good health. As such, the fans are well aware that you have had many difficulties. there are so many fans in Korea who are attracted to your constant efforts and growth without giving up even in such a difficult situation, and we want to know your driving force to grow without falling behind.

Amane Kanata : Thank you so much! Beacuse I was weak since I was young, there are times when I wanted to work hard but my body doesn't act up well, but thanks to everyone's support, I am focusing on recovery without being hasty to work positively. I'm not such a strong angel when I'm alone, thinking the reason I keep trying is that I have all the fans who support me. They recognize small efforts or changes that no one notices, and keep supporting me even if I rest for a long time because I am sick like now. Anyway, I have a strong desire to repay my fans. Like improving the quality of songs or broadcasts, or thinking 'What can I do for everyone?'. Those things are the power to work hard every day. There are a lot of people supporting me from Korea, so I'm really happy and I want to repay you somehow. I hope this collaboration cafe is one of my repay~

VROZ : It was two years ago that hololive was widely known in Korea, and with the advent of the VTuber boom in Korea from last year, many VTubers and companies appeared. What do you think about that the VTuber culture started in Japan is loved by many people in Korea?

Amane Kanata : I think that VTuber is at the forefront of Japanese culture and is on an unprecedented new path, I really appreciate that everyone enjoys this new culture without rejecting it. And one of the popular factors is that maybe there is a lot of content supply such as broadcasting, singing videos, and collaboration with other VTubers that can be met with Oshi (Translator's note: Japanese for "Favorite member". Often used in the VTuber community) frequently. I think, "I'd be happy to have a lot of content from Oshi!" is the same everywhere in the world. In the future, I will continue to try to meet your expectations and enjoy it together beyond the country~!
